CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy A'moss Farmstay 

 

Under normal circumstances, we will only approve refund to guest who cancel their booking 14 days prior to arrival date (Minimum 85%).

 

Guests can also request to postpone their booking 14 days prior to arrival date. We request guests to look for an available date in our website to postpone. The guest need to send us their booking confirmation together with date chosen to postpone for our further action.

 

Meanwhile, in the event of natural disaster at your location we will approve refund of 90% of the booking fee. The guest need to send us their booking confirmation together with any proof that your area has been affected by natural disaster and you are unable to travel. 

 

In the event of closure of our place due to being affected by natural disaster or due to closure order issued by local government, we will refund 90% of your booking fee.

 

We do not entertain any last minute cancellations and the reason being all our bookings are captured in our system and we wont be able to get a new booking on that date if you make last minute cancellation. 

 

Therefore, we request the guest to cancel or postpone their booking within the days mentioned above accordingly and avoid last minute cancellations / postpone for the benefit of both parties.

 

Finally, kindly take note that all refunds will take w a min. of 10 working days to be credited back to your card (via stripe payment system which is an auto payment system).
