1. Flies are common in agriculture, not only in Cameron Highlands but all around the world as well. Even though we provide fly traps, sometimes the fertilizer, climate, and vegetables may contribute to the presence of many flies.

2. Since our farmstay is located in the middle of the farm, the road is quite narrow and may be challenging for guests who are not accustomed to it. We also offer a pick-up service from Cameron Square, with an additional charge. The pick-up service charge is non-refundable if the guest cancels their booking

3. Smell: Our dome has a geodesic design. Since the dome is covered with canvas, there may be increased humidity, which can cause a distinctive smell

4. All add-on activities (sunrise tour, farm tour, and hiking) are non-refundable if the guest cancels due to rain.

5. Each of our rooms has different rules to be followed, so guests can refer to our T&C on the Rooms page.

6. Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

7. Check-out: 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM

8. Late Check-In and Checkout Policy: 
   *   Late check-in charges will be applied for each hour after 8:30 PM. *   Late check-out charges will be applied for every half-hour after 12:00 PM.
